Biography:
Born Charles Reed Fowler II on February 9th, 1990. Before professional wrestling growing up as a small child in Clinton Township Michigan, Sage did not have so much of a happy childhood as the other children did. Many never accepted him throughout life and beyond. School was always a huge problem with anxiety issues and mental break downs for him. But on the good side he always had family to raise him as a good person to become something special within the future. Growing older he also began to enjoy heavy metal music and independent horror rap getting rebellious towards the media and government system. Watching pro wrestling on his television set with his father and friend every week was only the beginning to knowing what he truly wanted to be when he got older.
Some of his top wrestling hero inspirations came up to be "Sting","Shawn Michaels","Matt & Jeff Hardy","Rob Van Dam","Steve Austin","nWo","Triple H" and the infamous "Undertaker". One day during his pre teen years he finally knew what he wanted to become. A professional wrestler! Sage did not know how he could do it, normally it would cost thousands of dollars to enter a Pro Wrestling school in Michigan or anywhere in the United States. But he had faith in what he could do with his talent and knew inside he would enter the business some way.
Soon enough Solid Sage joined pro wrestling organization "BCWA" Blue Collar Wrestling Alliance located in Dearborn,Michigan @ Tri-City Trade Center in 2008. Almost instantly he was getting top notch knowledge and pro training from some of the highest rated superstars in the company. Sage stayed with the product for nearly one year mainly training and having few matches on "Saturday Night Slam" events. Founder/Owner Mike Blackwell was planing to schedule Solid Sage on bigger events such as "Frontline" every Sunday. But eventually never happened.
Now in 2010 Solid Sage is ready to come back to the Pro Wrestling business returning from the flames of pity he had delt with in the past to prove himself once again. He plans on getting more knowledge,respect and talent within' his career. Multiple promotions near the Detroit Area were interested in Sage, but he claims "he will go where he feels is the right place to be".That place turned out to be XSU Xtreme Slam Unleashed located in Warren,Michigan. Performing still as "Solid Sage" he had a great successful year in 2011 winning his first ever XSU Starcore championship twice! Now this upcoming 2012 year he is now reinventing himself as the new and improved Shawn Sage! anything is possible for himself on this amazing journey.
